The new Canadian Disruptive Pattern (CADPAT) uniform is now part of the Canadian Army's identity. This high-tech clothing gives Canadian soldiers a distinct edge in camouflage survivability. Two variations of the CADPAT uniform (pants and shirt) are now available for use by [the] troops. The first is Temperate Woodland or TW, which is primarily green, black, and brown in colour, and is designed for use in North America and Europe. Arid Regions or AR is composed of three different colours of brown, and is primarily for use in desert regions.

Le nouvel uniforme à dessin de camouflage canadien (DCamC) fait maintenant partie de l'identité de l'Armée de terre canadienne. Ce vêtement de haute technologie procure aux soldats canadiens un atout distinctif en matière de surviabilité par camouflage. Deux variantes de l'uniforme DCamC (pantalon et chemise) sont actuellement offertes à nos troupes. La première, celle des régions boisées tempérées (RBT), est principalement de couleurs verte, noire et brune et convient bien à l'Amérique du Nord et à l'Europe. Le DCamC des régions arides (RA) se compose de trois teintes différentes de brun et est principalement destiné aux régions désertiques.
